Plus sign (add node on way) renders different depending on place=* presence
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Download some area with ways
- Observe how "+" on ways is rendered, it's sharp
- Add place=village on screen
- Check different rendering of "+" sign on ways. It's blurred.
