sorting breaks selection in Tags/Membership window

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. select an object
2. sort the Tags/Membership window by value instead of the default by key
3. double click on a key-value-pair

What is the expected result?

an edit window for the selected pair should open

What happens instead?

an edit window for the pair at this position in the unsorted list opens
