#12154 new enhancement

autocompletion in combos should ignore lower and upper case lettes

Description

Danke

Summary: surface in german translationautocompletion in combos should ignore lower and upper case lettes

The autocompletion in combos should ignore lower and upper case lettes. So when you use german JOSM and type in the surface combobox "e" no autocompletion is shown. Instead it should suggest "Erde" (=earth). Typing "E" works, but requires the use of the shift key.
