Turn restriction onto oneway not properly checked

According to https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/10178 turn restrictions onto one-way roads are supposed to be checked.

This does not work here.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add only_left_turn restriction with one-way road as "to" - restriction pointing into the one-way road's direction. Select ways involved and validate.
2. Add only_left_turn restriction with one-way road as "to" - restriction pointing against the one-way road's direction. Select ways involved and validate.

Expected result

If the restriction is not needed (points into the one-way road's direction) a warning like "unnecessary turn restriction ...", if it's contradicting the one-way road's direction a warning like "incorrect turn restriction - please check one-way road's direction (also the restriction might not be needed)".

Actual result

No warning is generated.

Selecting the relation and validation will bring up the Superfluous turn restriction warning. Only selecting the ways will not add the relation to the objects to check.
