Forgot Password Problem

Description

I want to recover my password, but it doesn't let me reset my password because I should provide my username which I don't have (or remember).
What should I do to reset my password and login to this ticketing system?

I created another account with the same info (email) and it solved my problem!

A short note - maybe that was the case for you. We delete inactive accounts after 3 months. This affects all accounts which never have been used for anything.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain stoecker.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
