Unable to see my updated Presets in JOSM

I updated my presets but still continue to see my old presets even though its is available in the list.
Also, when i activate my new updated preset i get the following error.

Thanks for the correction.
I am still unable to see the updated Presets in JOSM. It seems to be available in the list of Available Presets but even after moving it to the active list, i still see my previous version of the Preset. Any ideas on why?
