Usage message for Orthogonalize Shape (Q-key)

Description

Occassionally I accidently press the Q-key (Orthogonalize Shape shortcut) without having selected any way and so the Usage message box pops up - this message box does not fade away on itself so I have to manually close it which annoys me. Other message boxes seem to close automatically after 2-3 seconds (for example press SHIFT-Q without having selected anything). So please let this message box fade away gracefully by itself ;)

Currently time is set to :

Notification.TIME_VERY_LONG (20s)

What about :

Notification.TIME_LONG (10s)

I'd prefer TIME_SHORT or TIME_DEFAULT

Milestone: → 15.09

TIME_DEFAULT = 5s seems too short to read the whole usage description, however one could press [Q] again to continue reading. Is that sensible?
