Java OpenStreetMap Editor doesnt accept credentials

Description

Hi, when I want to upload some changes to the map with the Java OpenStreetMap Editor it does not accept my credentials. I use the same credentials as for this website.

I tried to reset my password. Does it take a while before that reset is synced when I try to upload it with the new password?

this website has a different login then your osm login. You need to use your osm login to upload changes.

Resolution: → invalid
Status: new → closed

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
