[Mapillary Plugin] Download active area button deactivated on toolbar

First of all I want to thank the developers for delivering this much wanted plugin, which for sure will improve my workflow when editing in areas with Mapillary images available, as well motivate me in continued contributions both to Mapillary and OSM

To improve my workflow I placed the "Download Active Area" menu item onto the toolbar as this is a handy shortcut for commands I use often, but saw with sadness that the button turned grey and deactivated. I guess it is a simple fix, though as I have not studied the code, and are not totally fluent in Java I cannot point you to what is wrong.

Solved, it works properly in latest develpment version:

I'll update the stable version soon.
