Autosave also note layer

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Freeze, crash JOSM (you're the one to find how!)
2. osm data layer is autosaved, and JOSM propose you to reopen when re-launching JOSM
3. But notes layer is lost. The notes that were modified and not send to server are lost.

What is the expected result?

Notes layer could/should be autosaved the same way the data layer is.

What happens instead?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
