Duplicated vectors and nodes in an area.

Good morning,

I just realized that all lanes and nodes at the area of the city of Málaga are duplicated. I was working to update this area with more details adding tags, adding missing streets,... to be able to use it in a research project. However I just realized that all map is duplicated on OSM, maybe because in a last upload the program was not able to compile the existing nodes and vectors with the modified ones.

So I wanted to ask how can it be solved, and also I want to mention that I have an offline copy of the map without duplicated vectors and nodes if it could help.
