Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Edit->Preferences->LookAndFeel->Language
- No item „Belarusian“
While more than requested number of text is translated to Belarusian
What is the expected result?
Belarusian language should be included
What happens instead?
Belarusian translation not included

Also please fix translations: See Translations. You used ' multiple times. Either use '' (i.e. two times) or typographic ’. There are 134 occurences of this issue.

Please add "Be" line to TracLanguages page (containing english, native name, code and the title text in Language menu stating "Other Languages").
