Adding ways with (railway=platform + public_transport=platform) to PT relation does not set role platform

Description

This also happens for everything else tagged as railway (or highway). I guess this happens because the first role (line 2765 in data/defaultpresetx.xml, r8341) matches on "highway OR railway OR waterway OR aerialway", and I assume that matching stops there. So the fix is hopefully just moving that role to the last position in <roles>
