Wrong warning about unclosed way

Create a way with tourism=artwork ​http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:tourism%3Dartwork and validate.
Note how JOSM warns about an unclosed way (while it shouldn't)

Not the same warning but similar, validate a way with amenity=bicycle_parking and see the warning about the area style not being closed.

Why would you map these things as unclosed way?

A wall (which is a way) with an artwork → barrier=wall + tourism=artwork

For the amenity=bicycle_parking it's exactly like natural=tree_row: not wide enough to represent as an area nor small enough for a node.

Besides this both tags could be used on ways according to the wiki.
