What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Bei Merkmale hinzufügen fehlt das Eingabefenster, es werden nur die letzten benutzten Eingaben angezeigt.
Es passiert nicht nur bei mir:

Habe wieder die alte Version geladen, daher kein Scrrenshot.

For a fast fix, you can lower the number of last used tags (or maybe change "Look and Feel").

Seems to be a Windows problem, linux works fine
