cann't add value with 8279

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Bei Merkmale hinzufügen fehlt das Eingabefenster, es werden nur die letzten benutzten Eingaben angezeigt.

Es passiert nicht nur bei mir:

Habe wieder die alte Version geladen, daher kein Scrrenshot.
