josm starts in debug mode even if not set

When I start JOSM-latest.jnlp it always starts in debug mode, even with a fresh downloaded jnlp file from the website.

(the console displays DEBUG messages an I see the backgorund tile stats in the mapview).

I think this problem appeared when I switched to Java 7 a while ago.

I'm not able to start josm latest with jnlp in non-debug mode. This is pretty annoying since recently the background tile debug lines in the mapview raised from 4 to 31 and you cannot hide them. (Happens only with josm-latest.jnlp not with stable version.)

I changed that some time ago to debug jnlp-related ticket, I can set it back.
