Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open JOSM
- Open a OSM file that used to work fine in version 7000
What is the expected result?
To load the osm file
What happens instead?
I get an error message like "Could not read file 'xxx.osm'. Error is: Unsupported version: 0.5 (at line 2, column 47). 91 bytes have been read"
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Closed as duplicate of #9975.
API 0.5 support has been disabled a while ago. You can try to manually set the version to 0.6 directly in the osm file.
