Node lines can't draw

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select Draw nodes
2. Place the first node on Data Layer map
3. Move to another point on the map to draw the second node

What is the expected result?

Draw a red line from the first node to the second node

What happens instead?

The nodes draw on the maps but the red line not. Can't complete the polygon and finish the building.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
