Cancel on upload + window size

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. try to upload note change while api is offline
  2. upload window is too small
  3. click on cancel does not work
  4. the "upload failed" warning is not user friendly but opens a huge window with none-formated program message

What is the expected result?

  1. upload window should be adjusted to proper size that all the text fits within the window
  2. cancel button should always work
  3. a user friendly failure message with scroll bars if needed.
