Add "invert selection"

Description
Here was my use case:
- "Select all by preset" to get a particular feature
- Invert selection.
- "Purge" everything else.
- Save the feature of interest.
The invert selection step option is common in other packages (e.g. gimp), and seems about as advanced as the other menu items.

There's no way for a non-admin to reopen an old ticket, afik. I supplied a use case that's all.

It is allowed even for unregistered users by clicking on modify ticket.

Yes, I read the workaround. Like the original poster this felt like a good feature to expose at the menu level.



What's the difference between this ticket and #6779?
