Description
Unfortunately this bug only appears about 50% of the time when using imagery and I have not discovered the exact sequence of actions which produces it.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Use JOSM with multiple layers
- Load Bing imagery
- Adjust the imagery offset for the Bing layer
- Edit the data, switch layers, hide and show the Bing layer, etc.
- Show the Bing layer then select a data layer. One of these clicks may cause the Adjust imagery offset dialog to appear. Once this dialog has appeared in this way, it will continue to appear frequently when clicking in the layers panel, until you quit JOSM.
What is the expected result?
The Adjust imagery offset dialog only appears when you choose it
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
This is a long-standing bug - a regression which occurred more than two years ago.

I have not seen this bug recently. It may have been fixed in ticket:13561#comment:11 although simon04 was not entirely happy with the fix.

Closed as duplicate of #13561.
Thanks, that is probably indeed the case. I'll mark it as duplicate then.

Hi, are you still seeing this bug? I can't reproduce it, and can't say it's ever happened to me.
