natural=tree and type=conifer not recognised by validation and version "UNKNOWN"

Validation:
natural=tree and type=broad_leaved works ok (recognized by validation test).
natural=tree and type=conifer was not recognized by validation test.

Version "UNKNOWN":
I am not sure why, but Version shows always "UNKNOWN" on different Linux workstations.

Yes i use the webstart: https://josm.openstreetmap.de/download/josm.jnlp
The "josm-tested.jar" shows the correct version.
