Estonian land board wms change

Estonian Land Board wms server address changed (old one retired for more than a week ago).
As the captcha on ​http://josm.openstreetmap.de/register hates me or is broken, I can't do the changes myself.

Estonia multi
delete. Something changed also in layer names,so changing only the base url won't work. Can be manually remade if one knows which layers were there and by including all the newly added layers from the same folder.
Looking at the names of layers included, I don't feel like it was much needed for mapping.

Not the Captcha. The naming policy. Your username was simply too short (read the messages you get, even if they could be better :-).

You don't need to have a login at all. You can do all these changes also without a login. Or you use a login name which has at least 5 characters.

If possible don't forget to add proper coverage polygons.

Pretty sure that this warning did not appear yesterday. And it is a warning not an error although it behaves as an error.

That page requires admin privileges to edit, so just registering was not enough.

If possible don't forget to add proper coverage polygons.

Bounding boxes can be added, polygons would require some additional work.

You're talking about Maps/Estonia? It should not require admin privileges.

Sorry for that. For unknown reason 6 of the maps pages have been write protected. I fixed that.

Thanks for the update and also thanks for reporting the problems with the page access permissions. We wouldn't have noticed this without a complaint.
