The yellow message on https://josm.openstreetmap.de/newticket is not there for nothing. Please read it and post the required info.
Sadly, this page is only available in English. Are there any plans to translate it ?

It's difficult. And some other people who speak English also ignore the message. It's annoying. There's nothing we can do with such minimalist bug report where we know absolutely nothing, it's only a waste of time for us and somewhat a mark of disrespect.

Another solution would be to have the "Report Bug" entry directly in the "Help" main menu instead of hiding it at two places below. Try, if I can update the wiki a bit to better promote the feature.

OK thanks. I don't reproduce it, can you please attach a screenshot and see if upgrading your graphics drivers solves the issue? This is not a JOSM bug but rather something else on your PC.

the problem seems to be occuring only with nvidia graphic adapters, within java 3D/2D visualisation don't work properly, if you use nvidia grafics with intel implemented HD graphics for example within intel i5 cpus on Win7 OS....
updating to newest driver doesn`t solve the problem;
solution:
create an environment variable within the OS
J2D_D3D=false
cheers..
