Description

Can you please create PresetsSource and StylesSource and outsource the http links for external Presets/Styles? This would avoid updates of translation revisions of all translated pages, when someone just adds or updates an external link (​http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/De%3AStyles?action=history -> a lot of the changes are just revision updates). It seems the same was already done for Plugins for the same reason (​http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Plugins?sfp_email=&sfph_mail=&action=diff&version=538&old_version=537&sfp_email=&sfph_mail=).
