Description

In same cases only a validator warning is not enough or too late and some "real time" UI warning while editing would be nice.

This is the follow up of #10452 where ApiCapability was mentioned. Another example are relations (especially multipolygons)

The owner will be changed from team to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.
