Incorrect warning "Style for inner way equals multipolygon" when different landuse

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create a closed way and tag it as landuse=meadow
2. Create another closed way inside first way and tag it as landuse=farmland
3. Create a multipolygon from ways
4. Run Validator

What is the expected result?
No warnings.

What happens instead?
A warning "Style for inner way equals multipolygon" is shown.
