Description (last modified by )
Some WMS are with quality that callibration is not only not necessary but harmful.
For example "Geoportal 2" in Poland.
In this cases message about callibration should not be displayed on adding imagery layer for the first time (or display message that this data source is considered to be perfectly callibrated). Note that this message should still be displayed on adding layer that may require callibration.
I am currently testing JOSM on clean install to make tutorial for new users, and I would prefer to not include steps like "disregard this warning message".

You need to add <valid-georeference>true</valid-georeference> to the appropriate sources at Maps/Poland, however as I can see, this is already done.
