WMS: add a "reload tile" context menu

Description

Sometimes, some tiles of Mapbox (or other imagery) are not completely loaded (e.g. because of a temporarily bad internet connection). The defective tile gets stored in the disk cache and memory cache.
To remove such a single "bad" tile, I'd like to get a context menu for re-loading that specific tile freshly from the server.
