[PATCH] Adjust display of bridge, tunnel, motorroad, tiger, cycleway track lane — at Initial Version

Description
Mappaintstyle of bridge, tunnel, motorroad, tiger and cycleway tracks/lanes currently do not look good when displayed at the same time. Bridge is currently a overlay, which e.g. changes the color of a primary road from orange to purple, which is bad in my opinion and also hides the other features.
This patch adjusts some parameters in elemstyle.mapcss for better mappaint view.
