Regression: MapCSS changes did break lane attribute style

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. install imagic's lane attributes style
2. add change:lanes:forward=not_left|not_right together with lanes:forward=2 and lanes=3 to a highway

What is the expected result?

A dashed middle line in the middle of the two forward lanes is rendered.

What happens instead?

A solid line together with a dashed middle line is drawn.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

There was no recent change of the style. I did work last week and tested version still works.

There are more issues, especially in connection with oneway=yes.

Many features of the style are unusable ATM.
