Seems to me #6313 was not really fixed.

Before changes leading to closing #6313 this validator rule was utterly useless, now it has rare false positives. I would not go so far.

Damn, I remember that I had almost reopened #6313 some time ago. The warning appears sometimes with incomplete data but so far validator does not make any differences for many check and it is in the scope of the user to either download the area or to ignore the warnings.
