Could you please tell us

• What exact query you have used? E.g., the bbox dialogue or the text field for XAPI queries, and in case of the XAPI text field the exact query.
• Which server you have chosen as source?
• What relation (the id of that relation) do you have expected, but not received?

Can not reproduce maybe I forgot downloading all references.

A checkbox to include all references would be nice though
