Auto zoom is hard to understand

The autozoom stuff is hard to understand. Wouldn't it be better to have this not as a mode but as a single-action button.

Typical use-case: I search for something through the "current selection" dialog. I then want to zoom in into that selection. I would expect there to be a "zoom to selection" button in the "current selection" dialog. Which will zoom there and do nothing else.

Currently I have to select the "zoom to selection" box and then remember to zoom or pan manually before doing anything else so that I don't loose my position.

fixed. Now the ZoomTo is accessible through the (new) menu "View" and its only a one-time shot.
