Josm don't play voice notes

Since my last JOSM update (but i can't remember the previous version, i can't hear the voice notes acquired by OSMtracker.
Josm states can't find the file because is searching it in a folder with the same name as the .gpx instead to searching it in the same folder

I tried to edit the <link>voicefile.wav</link> to <link href="voicefile.wav" /> but the problem still here.

JOSM still search the voicefile in a directory with the same name of the gpx file and not in the same of the gpx file..

I have just downloaded the JOSM latest version (551)
