down/upload dialog box weirdness

Description

open a gpx file
download the area from OSM
make a change
upload to OSM
delete the data layer
download from OSM again, and the dialog box will say 'uploading segment (123,456,890)...' when it is in fact downloading.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain imi.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
