The main part of the error message is missing!
Isn't this some problem with automatic bug reports? I don't suppose two users will send incomplete bug report so short after each other.

It seems like the URL has been cut. Probably something like a proxy server or any other filtering software inbetween. Sadly we can't do anything against this.
