"please update" message should link to JOSM page

Description

If JOSM is outdated, the start screen now shows a short "please update" text:

"Aktive Version '1981' bitte aktualisieren! Aktuell verfügbare Version ist 2255"

It would be very helpful, if this text would link to the page where the user can find the updated version, namely: ​http://josm.openstreetmap.de/

Status: new → closed

Fixed in StartupPageSource.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
