"please update" message should link to JOSM page

Description

If JOSM is outdated, the start screen now shows a short "please update" text:

"Aktive Version '1981' bitte aktualisieren! Aktuell verfügbare Version ist 2255"

It would be very helpful, if this text would link to the page where the user can find the updated version, namely: http://josm.openstreetmap.de/

Fixed in StartupPageSource.
