TortoiseSVN-like revert feature in history dialog

the history dialog in JOSM is similar to the revision log dialog in TortoiseSVN (a Subversion UI).
See figure 4.15 in ​http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/nightly/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-dug-showlog.html

Provide the possibility to

  • "revert to this version" (in german: "Rückgängig zu dieser Version")
  • "revert changes from this version" (in german: "Änderungen dieser Version rückgängig machen")

over the context menu in the history dialog for the selected object (see also figure 4.16 in the above link)

So everybody will be able to recover an accidentally deleted object or revert vandalism.
