tiger reviewed highlight is only useful for US and can be very annoying. This shouldn't be in the standard style. Instead it should be in an external style

diff for elemstyles.xml and a new elemstyles_tiger.xml is attached to the ticket

Fixed in the meanwhile: no tiger: left in elemstyles.xml.
