Description
Hello,
I'm trying to edit some big relations with a lot of members (Bus routes in Berlin)
And i have the following wishes for the relation-editor:
- I wish to have am auto-completion in the Editor. It would be nice, if it completes for aminimum all these values, which are used in the current relation. For example in the bus routes the roles forward and backward.
- Selection and center help for objects.
2.1 example: i have a lot of members and select one in the relation-editor, i must search these one manualy in josm. the Josm-Shortcut "3" to auto center doesn't work in these moment (or only if i select in the sidebar "Eigenschaften" (key/value list) and press "3" after this.
2.2 and some hints in the other way. If a relation is opened in the relation editor and i select a object in JOSM, which is already member of the relation, it would be nice, if these is marked and shown in the relation editor.
Thank you!

Hello,
Replying to anonymous:
2.1 is working for me. That is: clicking 3 to center on selected object(s). You need to give the main JOSM window the focus first (relation dialog can stay opened in the foreground.
Yes, i knew these way. but it would be nice, if there is a way without changing the focus.
Suggestion: A Button "show in JOSM" unter the "Delete" button.
2.2 I strongly support this as currently it's very easy to add duplicate members and you can only discover that after having added one. I suggest to highlight selections that are already members of the relations in red in the selection table on the right.

For the key:value fields, yes.
But i described the tab "role" in the lower half of the Window.
ad 2.2) fixed in r1806
Beautiful!
These helps to provide duplicate memberships.
But is it able that if the Relation-Editor is opened and a object, which is already a member of the opened relation, is "double clicked" that these object is highlighted in the Relation-Editor?
On these way relations could be better Managed (sort, deletion of Members)
Searching in the list of relation members remains to be done.
Sure? On which way?
