Too many icons in the side bar

I have activated a bunch of plugins and the left side bar is too short to show all the requested icons. As a result, I cannot select/deselect those which are "below" the lower edge of JOSM window.

I've moved the icons from the UtilsPlugin to the tools menu in revision 462

With revision 462, even a 1024*768 should be able to display all icons now
