Description

JOSM location where list of available plugins is downloaded from is blank document.

http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Plugins.xml

Returns a blank document.
List of plugins in JOSM are not updated.

instead (no .xml suffix)

You'll have to update your preferences: F12 -> Plugins -> Configure Sites ...

The setting on my (just installed) JOSM is

per previous response and no joy.

Do you see a
