highlight layer

Description

To improve data source it would be helpful for me to have a "highlight" layer. I think of a layer where all ways, segments and nodes are highlight, similar to the validator, which match the given rules. For defining the rules i think of a PropertiesDialog alike, where you can define which Properties are set or not.

Why don't you just search for what you want to highlight - and get it selected by this?
