layer order and slippymap-plugin

Description
The slippymap-layer (grey) is defaulting above the data-layer in the layer-order. It would be much better to have it down (above or below WMS-Layer), as otherwise it is coveing the data-, marker- and gpx-layers.
Maybe there could also be (for powerusers) a functionality to store the last used layer-order, so it is restored on startup (when this is activated, or not, when deactivated)

Sorry. Can't reproduce and also can't understand. The slippymap now has a tag which says it is a background layer. When inserted it will be inserted below any data layer. On the other hand any new data layer will be inserted on top of slippy map.
WMS and slippy map are same type, so their order depends of the layer creation.
Reopen with better description when still existing.
