It is already usable (although for "general use" by everyone), just two main functions of the plugin are missing (from mail from dev ToeBee)

    810To download notes: just set the [[Help/Preferences/Advanced|advanced preference]] `osm.notes.enableDownload` to `true` and restart, then a checkbox appears in the download dialog.
