Description

It seems that the note tool ignores UTF-8 character encoding and uses system encoding instead. 

Identification: JOSM/1.5 (6950 pl) Windows 7 64-Bit
Java version: 1.7.0_51, Oracle Corporation, Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM
