Add simple OpenLayers based example maps for Maps page

Description ¶
The maps overview at the Maps page could have an additional link, which links to an small html page containing OpenLayers code to display that data source.
It should:
- Set proper zoom level
- Set proper start position
- Detect the tile Url and react accordingly, skip entries, where we can generate proper code yet.
This would allow to much easier verify if the data source is still valid.
