notes charset

When I use on notes with non ascii chars, I see wrong characters. Ie: ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/131549#map=12/50.3146/14.4889&layers=N

Screen is from "stable" - same issue (I have some problems with current dev, can't load any data ...).
I use JOSM in win7 64 (czech locales).

Mmm strange.

• Is it the only place where you see these characters?
• What's your look and feel? Can you try to change it and test other ones? (in display settings) On my system it works fine with default "Windows" look and feel (French locale)

OK in relations window

1) yep, elsewhere are chars OK, see new img, there are exactly same chars (red).
2) I check ... direct change lang (en, ru, cs), with combination change look, with combination change win locale (en) + in final, I clean josm profile, instal this plugin only ... and nothing change.

Because (in visual) there are unicode/utf ... seems some problem with byte vs char ... but
